Welcome to the homepage for Cambridge Greens, 1st Addition, Property Owners Association.  Cambridge Greens 1st Addition is a Village of Citrus Hills, located along the beautiful Nature Coast in Citrus County, Inverness, Florida.  We hope that this website will provide useful information about Association business and current activities.

Septic-to-Sewer Construction Began October 16th

The Cambridge Greens Septic-to-Sewer construction began on October 16th. A Notice to Proceed date of August 28, 2023 was agreed upon by the Contractor, Commercial Industrial Corporation (CIC) and Citrus County Water Resources. The later start date was necessary due to the extended lead time for delivery of project materials. Service connections are projected to be completed by January 2026. The Citrus County BOCC Website has the latest information about the Cambridge Greens Septic-to-Sewer Project and Timeline.

Repainting and Reroofing Form

If you are planning to repaint your home, or replace your roof, you need to fill out the Repainting and Reroofing Form and submit it to the ACB for approval.  Please see our FAQs page for more information.
