Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenents

 

The Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements of Cambridge Greens of Citrus Hills, First Addition, was duly adopted by the membership of Cambridge Greens, First Addition Property Owners Association, Inc., at the annual Membership Meeting on February 22, 2016. These amendments and restatement of the Declaration Restrictions were filed and recorded with the Citrus County Clerk of Courts office on March 4, 2016. The 2016 Amended and Restated Declaration Restrictions can be viewed below.
