ACB Supplement to Article VI, and Article VII Section 2 Amendment

 

ACB Supplement to Article VI, Revised December 2021. This ACB Supplement to Article VI provides supplemental information to Section VI of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Cambridge Greens, 1st Addition.

 

Article VII, Section 2 Amendment. Article VII, Section 2 of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Cambridge Greens, 1st Addition, was amended and approved by a 2/3 vote of a quorum of eligible voters of the Association at a meeting on May 22, 2017. This amendment, which addresses outbuildings and accessory structures, was filed and recorded with the Clerk of Courts on July 15, 2017. The Article VII, Section 2 Amendment can be viewed HERE.

Repainting and Reroofing Form

 

If you are planning to repaint your home, or replace your roof, you need to fill out the Repainting and Reroofing Form and submit it to the ACB for approval.
